Excellent hotel, great value for money! The hotel has enough parking space and its a 15min walk to the city centre of Colmar. The breakfast was amazing and the service & friendliness of the staff was worth 5 stars! Would highly recommend this hotel

So I only stayed for one night, but my experience was amazing. Location is not ideal but still good enough, and my room was super clean and convenient. What really surprised me though was the over-the-top reception of the hotel. Everyone (all 3 people I got to meet) was super helpful, friendly and kind, answering all my questions (for the hotel and for Colmar and even for Strasbourg). They don't have lockers but they can hold your baggage free of charge if you ask for it. They were amazing, seemed to me that they were very passionate about their job and they expressed great hospitality, really enhancing my experience in Colmar despite staying there for less than 2 days. Whenever I come back for the Christmas market in Colmar, I now know where to stay for sure! Can't wait to be back!

We stayed for three nights in this gorgeous hotel. Our room was fresh, immaculately clean and so comfortable. The staff are happy, welcoming and professional, their cheerful smiles make you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble and their local knowledge was very much appreciated. Lheo and Aude put us in the right direction to visit the most magical village of Eguisheim, breathtakingly pretty, especially at Christmas. The breakfast spread at Arc En Ciel is fantastic and caters for every taste, cooked to perfection. The parking for the hotel is more than ample and with pets welcome we were able to take our little dog with us. The staff go above and beyond for their guests, five star treatment and recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located, about 15 minutes walk from the historic center of Colmar, it is a quiet hotel with a terrace and a small garden and with its own free parking. The rooms and especially the toilet are very small, not pretty. The beds are comfortable.

Hotel was easy to find and the service (reception) was friendly and helpful. The garden with the hotel was big and comfortable. But the room was small and really warm, because of lack of ventilation. For one night stay this hotel is a good choice but for 2 to 3 nights i wouldn't recommend it. Parking spaces are more than enough avaliable. Hotel is right at the main street, meaning it wasn't really quiet through the night.

We loved staying here. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Also conveniently situated and easy to find for the independent traveller. A straight forward10 minute walk from the hotel into the attractive old centre of Colmar. Breakfast was very good and served in a pleasant conservatory. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend it.

The hotel was great, the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The pancake machine was absolutely fabulous. My son pressed the button 22 time and almost made 44 pancakes. We also met a friendly little porcupine in the beautiful garden.
